Just go to the sale office and enquire, So many of my friend were successful. The waited at the sale office till they get the good news. The ssale do not have the time to callup those who hv registered, only maybe a few. It is easier for them to sell those on the spot.

Hi all,

i'm interested in this property since the 1st posting in this thread.. cos it's within my budget.. really have no idea at that time the demand would be overwhelming like this!! thanks cblee for highlighting..
After numerous phone calls and trips to their sales office, finally i got one unit at Block A pool view reserved under my name!! tomorrow will pay & sign the s&p.. think it's a very good buy for investment in terms of price psf, accessibility & future mega projects nearby..
any future issues/problems that anybody can highlight here b4 i continue with the purchase:?: appreciate it very very much..

yes, i am vested on corner units.

As for the bank package, still under nego. The bank panel is the best choice currently. I prefer HLB.

I hv offer from both the panel bank. Hving trouble deciding ? For HL either the investment loan or Normal. But Ambank looks better but do not know what other condition till I receive the document.

Anyone who had bought the TS unit. How's your loan. AMBAnk the lock in period start after full payment and HL after first draw down Been told the Panel Bank had quota. Once finished, have to look for non panel bank. No 18 months interest free, have to pay lawyer fee.

I am going for HL. Its BLR-2 and the lock in period is 5 years from first draw down. Penalty 5% of the borrowed sum.
As for AMbank they are still revising, heard latest - BLR -2.1 Lock in period from full draw down ( appr 2.5 years to complete with CF + 6 years lockin = 8.5 years.) Penalty 4%.

I also prefer HLB.. but according to HLB officer, they have reached maximum loan cap for this project.. they are now trying to get approval for increased loan cap.. do u think there'll be problems in getting the approval for increased loan cap? Should i survey other non-panel banks?
