| hi, i just bought a house in Bdr Seri Putra by UMLAND. The house is a 20 x 70 and completed. Bought it for 193, 347 and will get it CF around May /June. Been talking to my friends and some pointed out there are new landed housing area in kota damansara and Taman permata, Gombak (by Selangor properties). Knowing of the 2 new dev nearer to KL, i got 2nd thoughts of the house i just bought. Just signed the S&P and paid 1K. Haven't fix any bank loan yet. Guys, please help me out.!! What do u think investment wise for the house in Bdr Seri Putra, Bangi. Althou it says Bangi, I just checked the address is actually in Kajang area. Thank u! |

rollroyces, found ur prev posting on the townhouse. it doesnt help much but thank u for the lead. does anybody knows of landed freehold dev in kota damansara or gombak?
rollroyce, what about the taman pertama area by selangor properties?
does malay/chinese community will affect the value of the properties?

I dont think you will find freehold land in Kota Damansara. As far as I know, the entire Kota Damansara is leasehold. _________________ practise what you preach |

Do you mean Taman Permata, Gombak that's opposite Taman Melawati, with a big Giant Supermarket next to MRR2? I live in Melawati, haven't heard of any developments there. I'm VERY interested if there are.
So far that I know, the two developments ongoing in Melawati are Amberhill - very high end where prices start from RM1 mil upwards and 21 Trees by Selangor Dredging, prices also start at RM1million. |
